"Are You Maximising The Potential of Your
Dj Skills? If You're Not Making Your Clients Happier
and Your DJ Gigs Easier, You're Literally Losing
Thousands Of Dollars EVERY YEAR!
Discover How to Make Each and Every Booking Silky
Smooth And
$1000's Every Week from the Best Job in the World!"
Well here it is and over 10 years in the making!
If you're a DJ just starting out or even been
a professional DJ for some time, these are the
lists & tools that I have compiled over the
past 10 years that will help you fill your dance
floor, get more referrals and potentially make
you.. Hundreds of thousands of $$ dollars.
You will not find anything like this anywhere
else on the internet. There are over 2,300 song
ideas on the lists and these are the core event
songs that matter. You will get 4 different editable
word documents containing..
Dancing Song Ideas with over 1100 song ideas
from 17 genres
Easy Listening / Dinner Songs with over 600 song
ideas from 17 genres
Wedding Songs with over 700 ideas from 14 of
the different traditional events at weddings
Specialty Songs with ideas for Games, Children's
Songs, Closing Songs, Ethnic Songs + More
On average a DJ plays approx 20 songs per hour.
That's only 100 songs per 5 hour gig generally
so make sure you have the very best lists at hand.
These are not your Mobile Beat Top 200 lists either.
DJ ego aside, I have played at over a 1000 nights
in clubs and over a few hundred events such as
weddings, parties and corporate events. I must
be doing something right if Ive made over
half a million $'s from DJ gigs alone in the past
10 years?
Save Time Dont bother tediously
searching DJ forums, the internet or other DJs
sites to create your onsite gig song list. These
lists are ready to use and will throw your own
research ahead by years!
Save Heaps of Money Only source the necessary
songs that you need for your events. Even if you
purchase half the songs on these lists they will
give you your core song library to run your DJ
Business.
Make More Money If you want to perform
at weddings or corporate functions where the bigger
dollars are (unless you're a well known Producer
/ Club DJ and making good $'s from that already)
than these lists will give you the edge and right
songs to play for these type of events.. straight
away.
These are not the songs themselves and you will
have to source each song in your preferred format
(iTunes, MP3, CDs, Vinyl etc). The beauty of these
lists is they are..
* Easy to edit so you can add or remove your
own song ideas. Or completely re-design to your
own liking.
* Laid out in a printer friendly format (So you
can file them in a clear folder and use them at
all your future gigs)
* At the right font size and design to easily
read in the dark & find a song quickly when
your mind goes blank!
These lists are more for the "all genres"
mix DJ but may be useful to the genre specific
DJ who might play to mixed age groups on occasion.
Yes, there are a few cheesy songs but there
are also some Gems that you may not have thought
of playing before. Be honest.. don't you want
to know what other DJ's are doing to make a super
happy dance floor?
Look, I'm not telling you what to play, No way..
That's up to you.. But these lists will help you
sift through the millions of songs out there and
find a song quickly for a specific purpose. Whether
that purpose is a genre specific dancing or dinner
song or simply a bouquet toss idea. If your catering
to Parties, Weddings, School Events or Corporate
events than these playlists are for you.
It doesn't matter If your using CD's or have
gone digital or even using digital vinyl, the
truth is you still need a seperate non computer
based reference list to make your job easy! No
DJ can remember every song and if you can your
brain is simply huge.
With the right equipment, DJ playlists, tools
and business knowledge the sky is the limit!
The songs are in TITLE alphabetical order and
I have highlighted the top 15-20 dancing songs
from each category in bold also. These Bold songs
are the songs that I personally favor and also
use in an emergency when I have 10 seconds left
and no song cued (or Ive had too many beers
:) But you can add or bold whatever you like.
Why so much (Or I guess so little..) for some
word documents with song ideas on them? These
lists are my biggest business asset and have literally
taken me hundreds of hours to compile. They have
also helped me earn hundreds of thousands of dollars
through DJ Gigs alone. And I can tell you right
now that I'm hesitant to even release these lists...
Quite Simply, You won't find many professional
and experienced DJs giving away their core
lists & intellectual property.
I havent held back with any of the songs
on the lists, these are all what I currently use
onsite at my own DJ gigs, They will make your
DJ'ing easier, your dance floor happier, in turn
get you more referrals and more booking $$s
The DJ Playlists & Tools Package includes..

to be in!)

Event Planner Template (Editable Word Document
*.doc)
This is the form sent to clients to confirm their
booking for Corporate Events, School Dances and
Parties. It includes all of the questions you
need to know from the client. It is the exact
form I use. The only thing you will have to do
is add your own worded contract - but I've given
some tips what a solid contract should cover and
how to get one written.
Wedding Reception Planner Template (Editable
Word Document *.doc)
This is the form sent to clients to confirm their
booking for Wedding Receptions. Over 180 Weddings
experience has been put into this form and this
is the very form I am using for weddings. Everything
that you NEED TO KNOW about a clients wedding
reception is asked on this form so you can offer
a better DJ service to your client.
Wedding Client Meeting Checklist (Editable Word
Document *.doc)
When you meet with your Wedding Clients 2-4 weeks
before their wedding you will have to discuss
every aspect of their wedding to ensure you create
the celebration they want. That's why I've created
the Wedding Client Meeting Checklist that you
can use during the meeting. These are the important
questions to ask.
Master of Ceremonies and Wedding Reception Timeline
(Editable Word Document *.doc)
This form is what clients can fill out to make
your Wedding DJ / MC job easy. It will also give
you everything you need to know regarding the
timing of clients wedding reception including
their special song requests and a very good idea
of what to say if you are acting as MC also. Once
again this is the exact template I use.
Client Feedback Form Template (1 For Events &
1 For Weddings) (Editable Word Document *.doc)
This is the form sent to clients after their event
Includes the right questions to get great
feedback! You can then use this information in
your advertising, give confidence to your clients
and triple your bookings!
7 Tips to Marketing Your DJ Business eBook (Adobe
PDF *.pdf)
This Mini eBook cuts through all the marketing
fluff and is what I have found works very well
for me currently. Dont waste your advertising
dollars ever again, like I have on the wrong advertising
in the past few years - just thinking about it
makes me twitchy :| I'm a little reluctant to
give this information away as my local competition
may buy this package and find out how I'm listed
as #1 in the search engines for a few (extremely
important) keyword terms, but i think it's worth
you knowing this.
Sample Wedding Playlist (Editable Word Document
*.doc)
This is a Sample Wedding playlist to give you
an idea what songs have worked extremely well
at a real recent 2008 wedding for me. You can
use this as a guide especially if you haven't
DJ'ed at a wedding before.
Before Gig Checklist (Editable Word Document
*.doc)
Discover the 43 absolute essential things you
must check the day before your gig, the day of
your gig, during the DJ gig and at the end of
the event. Although second nature now, If I never
ran through this checklist before every gig there
seriously would have been several weddings and
events ruined to date. This checklist will save
your gig and your reputation.
Booking Form Template (Excel Spreadsheet Document
*.xls)
This form is what I use to record ALL of my booking
information. Very simple layout but I've never
forgotten a gig whilst using this form. It also
keeps me up to date on what stage I am with the
client at - i.e. do I sent out a receipt for deposit
received, block out dates, send a feedback form.
It keeps me organized so I can get on with lazing
on the beach during the week.

Package
Playlists.com.au was created to help all of the
DJ's out there get on the right DJ Business track
from the start. The amount of information on the
web can be a little overwhelming at times and sifting
through all of this info rubble for golden DJ nuggets
can take forever.
From 1998 to 2002 I worked in 2 nightclubs then
started a DJ business from scratch in 2003. The
first couple of years were tough and I made heaps
of mistakes and silly purchases but from 2005
onwards have created a thriving business and nearly
every weekend (by choice) are DJing somewhere
in my local state (Western Australia)
I choose what gigs I want to do, how many a year
I want to take on and only DJ at my "ideal
client" style of event. This is my full-time
job and I will be doing this until I'm too old
to see the cross fader.
Since 1998 I've literally spent 1000's of hours
researching books, forums & videos and compiling
my playlists to ultimately offer a better service
for my clients. I also take time each day to make
every part of running a DJ business easier!
So the packages I have created on the Playlists.com.au
are created to help make your DJ Business life
easier. Included in these packages are ALL of
the Playlists, Forms, Templates, Marketing Templates,
Contracts, Tips, Ideas and everything else that
I use to run my DJ business silky smooth.
I hear you ask.. "Why would you give away
your core Business Information & Ideas?"
Quite simply I want to shortcut the road to success
for any aspiring DJ so he/she can avoid the mistakes
I made when I first setup business. Honestly,
the mistakes I made were a pain in the ass and
if you love DJing to the point you would do it
for free (shhh don't tell anyone) you deserve
to get it right the first time.
One of the problems you will find with the internet
is there's just too many ideas & opinions
floating around. Forums are great to learn from
but you have to sift through hundreds of comments
at times to find the right info... And with enough
DJ ego to run a small city, who do you listen
too?
Everything that I have presented in the range
of Playlists.com.au products you will find useful
at some point in your DJ Business Operations.
This is what works extremely well for me, so I
thought I would share my knowledge & what
I have learnt to date and I will continue to improve
each product.
Whether you are totally new to DJing, have dabbled
in it for a couple of years or are a veteran Superstar
with your own record label, Playlists.com.au may
have that song list, tool or idea you are looking
for to make your DJ endeavors easier!
And if you are not happy with any of the products
you purchase I offer a full 60 day money back
guarantee on every single product I have created.
It doesn't get much fairer than that!
If you have any questions, feel free to ask here
and wishing you all the success.
Cheers,
Adrian Makarov
In 2006 I decided to take the plunge and invest
in the DJ Intelligence system for my DJ Business.
After hearing about it in 2004 I was actually hesitant
for a couple of years and thought, "Nah I don't
need tools like this.. I can do all this on my own!"
Trying to do it all yourself is a pain!
DJ intelligence is an essential tool for all
DJ's who run a Mobile DJ Business. Since I started
using it my week to week DJ business planning
has been super easy.
Here is what I like the most..
*
I don't have to consistently check my availability
when a client emails me. If I'm unavailable, the
DJ intelligence system will tell the customer
on my website instantly.
*
My Clients can choose all of their music requests
online and when their gig comes around I just
print off the list from the DJI system and away
I go. I usually do this about a week before so
I can double check if I have all of their requests.
*
If I plan to go on Holiday for 3 Months in Vanuatu
(Try the Kava whilst your there :) you can simply
black out the 3 months you will be away and your
website will tell customers you are unavailable.
*
You can access your Gig information from any
computer as it's all server based. That means
you can see when your next gig is from anywhere
in the world!
Now, you can run your entire business from DJ
intelligence or use one or two of the many tools
that work with what you need in your business.
Theres only two things that I can think of that
could be improved..
*
The custom music search (i.e. only when you
upload your own song suggestions) is a little
slow for customers on dial-up or the minimal DSL
plan.
*
It would be great if customers to listen to
tracks say on Youtube instead of iTunes, Barnes
& Noble and Amazon.
But these things are minor.
For the amount of time DJ Intelligence has saved
me since 2006, it's yearly subscription price
is great (It should be more.. but don't tell them
that). This has truly been one of the better investments
I have made in my DJ business.
You can see how I have integrated into my own
Perth DJ Services website. I mainly use the Availability
checker and Music Requests forms currently.
DJ Intelligence

All the best with your DJing.
